Sidmouth

Sidmouth lies at the mouth of The River Sid in a valley between Peak Hill to the west and Salcombe Hill to the east. 15 miles southeast of Exeter. It is surrounded by the East Devon area of outstanding natural beauty and is on the Jurassic coast. It boasts plenty of shops and cafes and during August hosts a folk festival attracting musicians and lots of visitors. During the summer months Sidmouth town brass band play a series of concerts in the Connaught gardens each Sunday at 8pm, this runs from late may until early September.
Dartmoor National Park

Dartmoor national park is a vast moorland of outstanding natural beauty. Most famous for its many granite capped moorlands known as tors and its native wild ponies that roam free.
Dartmoor is perfect for those of you who fancy a bit of walking, biking or just to experience the unadulterated freedom.
