Below we have put together a small list of places in and around Sherway Farm you may wish to check out for yourselves. We have not mentioned any of the restaurants in Exeter City as there are just to many to mention but there are some very good ones.
The Five Bells Inn

The Five Bells Inn is our very own local pub, this gorgeously quaint country pub’s a must for any foodie. With a history that dates back to the 16th century its original features such as stone floors and exposed wooden beams give the inn a cosy feel. It has a large beer garden which is perfect for relaxing in during the warmer months There’s plenty of space to pick a table and enjoy the peace and quiet while the kids enjoy the grounds.
The menu’s brilliant in that it includes all the usual pub favourites with just a little bit of class, so you can enjoy the tastes of the local area in style.
This place is a must for all foodies!
The Jack In The Green

The Jack in the Green is situated along the Rockbeare straight towards Exeter. It was rated 17th in a poll of the uk's top 50 gastro pubs however they have a very varied menus to suite all tastes from modern and mouthwatering to classic and traditional.
Very well furnished interior giving a lovely 'cozy' feel. Definitely a place to visit if you like your food!
The Holt

Situated along the main high street of the popular town of Honiton this is a lovely bustling pub full of character.
The Holt has two AA rosettes to its name and also has a place in the Michelin guide. The main dining area is upstairs with more of a relaxed pub feel downstairs. They offer a great varied menu including Tapas with food to suite all tastes using local Devonshire suppliers.
The Pig at Combe

The Pig at Combe House has recently undergone a full refurbishment after it was taken over by the popular chain. Previously Combe house, this beautiful Elizabethan gem is set in 3500 acres of land amid fields of grazing Arab horses and huge cedar trees. 1.5miles away from Honiton just off the A30 in the village of Gittisham.
Extensive grounds including three walled gardens, the herb garden, the infusion garden and there own vegetable garden, what can not be grown here is sauced locally.
Stunning character filled venue, renovated to an extremely high standard. A place to go for something a 'little more special', definitely will not disapoint, Fantastic food, fantastic venue, we strongly recommend a visit, if not for the food for the venue its self!
